Mini-calendar

As math support we provide classrooms with numeracy rich environments where teachers guide students to connect the importance of numbers and problem solving in their everyday lives. Mathematics instruction is delivered through small group, student centered activities where students are taught to conceptually understand Mathematical concepts starting in Kindergarten and continuing through Fifth Grade. The Math team here at Centerville encourages students and parents to generate and express their ideas, explore relationships, and construct and create a deep meaning of mathematics.
